Stayed twice (2 nights and 1 night) in March 2025. Location is excellent, near plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as the pier for my cruise ship. Check in and out was efficient but the attitude of the front desk staff was a bit cold. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, though could do with more hangers and some wall hooks. Breakfast was tasty with more than adequate variety. Hotel had several large areas with comfortable sofas and chairs, as well as power points, to wait in between check out and cruise ship embarkation and between cruise ship disembarkation and check in. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Canal Beagle! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The hotel amenities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with every detail carefully thought out. What made my stay even better was the unbeatable location. Being right next to the cruise port was so convenient, especially for anyone embarking on an adventure. It made getting around and exploring the area an absolute breeze. The staff were also attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Hotel Canal Beagle to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and lovely shower. It is very close to the main pier and the check in office for Australis. Breakfast was extensive but there was no cutlery or coffee mugs and I had to chase staff to get some!

Most convenient location ever, across the street from the port and very central to the main walking street. Reception desk was very helpful, the included breakfast was good and a lot of variety, rooms were comfortable and clean, luggage storage was helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location, walkable to the main street and tour locations. The place is beautiful, but extremely loud. You can hear everything, every room door slam shut, people walking up and down the hallways, the housekeepers closet door slam behind my room, all conversations.. there is nothing to absorb sound in this place.

The pictures of the hotel don't do it justice, as it is much nicer in person. The spa is also worth a visit, featuring a super warm swimming pool and a sauna area. It is perfectly located as a base for exploring the area, with a taxi stop right in front and various travel agencies departing just a few minutes' walk away.

Location was central, one block from San Martin, the main shopping / restaurant street. Hard Rock Cafe just around the corner. Room was comfortable with good facilities, breakfast included. Across the street from the port and local booking offices for Beagle cruises, etc.

Asked for a quiet room and was given one on the inside courtyard - it was very quiet and we had a restful sleep. The breakfast was quite nice and it is ideally located in the centre of the city. We also arrived quite early after getting off a ship and they happily stored our luggage.

The hotel is in the best possible location. Very clean, great staff and good spa facilities. Breakfast was also good quality.

Good hotel with an excellent location in the city of Ushuaia. Very close to shopping streets and restaurants. facility is in renovation but so far upgrades look very good. Very easy to reach from the airport.
